Our goal is to empower veterinary workplaces to create environments where every team member feels valued, respected, and supported. Veterinary workplaces across Europe can apply for vouchers for mental well-being coaching!

In 2024, we supported 19 veterinary workplaces with coaching vouchers across Europe with great success, especially in terms of communication! For more information about last year results, check our full 2024 evaluation report or our poster.

Some of our happy participants

The communication workshop was an enrichment for the participants. The basics of communication and the change of perspective as key contents of the workshop were well received, the exercises were eye-opening and fun. Questions could be asked, which could also be answered to satisfaction. Now, customer conversations are conducted more thoughtfully and consciously; counter-arguments are weighed more consciously. At the end of the day, we are more relaxed because we try to leave problems where they happen and have realized that it is not the person who is the problem, but the situation.

Thanks to Vetjoy's generous donation, we were able to attend a valuable training on mental health, which was greatly appreciated by the participants. This moment of exchange allowed us to open up discussions, strengthen team cohesion, and address essential needs. Inspired by this experience, we have decided to make the initiative sustainable through an ongoing supervision project.

We have the pleasure of hosting the Vet Empowered ladies for a day of self development at Wear Referrals in November 2024.

The day was a total success and very inspirational. I have had several colleagues comment that it was the most worthwhile personal development CPD event they had attended. We covered sessions on nervous system regulation, self compassion, and mindfulness. The day was very well attended and received and Katie and Claire were extremely engaging and fascinating with their presentations. There was the opportunity for small group discussion and interactions. Overall a fabulous day which was made possible from the kindness of VetJoy.
