If you think your workplace has what it takes to be recognised as one of the greatest in the profession, don’t hesitate to show us how your workplace promotes professional growth, provides a supportive environment, and sets the standard for excellence in the veterinary profession.

We understand that the well-being of veterinarians is a huge concern for our profession. We also know that a positive work environment can make a world of difference—not only for the veterinarians themselves but also for the animals and people they serve.

Great Veterinary Workplace Award - Winners 2024

That’s why we decided to take action. We wanted to develop practical tools to promote veterinary well-being by focusing on the positive and encouraging the exchange of good practices. One of these tools is the creation of the ‘Great Veterinary Workplace Award.’

The idea behind this award is simple but powerful: to recognise exceptional veterinary workplaces which work environment stands out. These are the places that truly make a difference by fostering professional engagement, creating a positive work environment, providing excellent staff conditions, and showing strong leadership.
