As a certified coach i have been working in partnership with ADEVET to support veterinary business owners by providing tailored solutions and advice to help them optimize the management of their practices — particularly in the areas of managerial effectiveness and team performance.

Our areas of expertise include professional coaching, managerial support, team building to strengthen team cohesion, as well as mediation and conflict management.

My coaching approach focuses on placing people at the heart of every HR strategy. I believe that sustainable performance comes from aligning individual motivation with organizational goals. Through a mix of reflection, structure, and practical tools, I help leaders and teams build clarity, trust, and engagement. My work aims to create a supportive environment where HR practices become real drivers of growth, cohesion, and long-term well-being within the organization.

Vétérinaire de formation, je suis gérante depuis 35 ans de cliniques vétérinaires indépendantes. Témoin et actrice des changements dans les relations intra équipe et dans la relation client véto, je me suis intéressée aux techniques de coaching pour améliorer sans cesse le quotidien du monde vétérinaire. Je suis diplomée du prestigieux institut international de coaching, accrédité par ICF. Consciente de la souffrance chronique des dirigeants comme des salariés, je mets mes comptétences au service de nos confrères et consoeurs, en les accompagnant dans la bienveillance et le dynamisme vers une santé mentale optimale et performante.

My name is Anthony Bour, and I'm a French veterinary surgeon who came through the BCPST preparatory program and the common curriculum at the Lyon veterinary school. I trained in professional coaching , interpersonal communication , and managerial dynamics . Today, I support veterinary structures and practitioners in a human, sustainable and concrete transformation.

Since 2023, in addition to my work as a practitioner, I have also been offering support services for veterinary teams, combining management training, interpersonal communication training and professional coaching for a more personalized, high-performance approach.

I specialize in issues related to professional fulfillment, with people who are questioning themselves ("is this job for me?"), and those who have already stopped but want to start again under completely different conditions, much more ecological for themselves.
I also specialize in onboarding: I help veterinary managers select their ideal profile, and develop their own onboarding protocol that will make the new employee want to stay and invest in the long term.
I also help teams to make their interactions more fluid, for more effective, constructive and respectful exchanges, for a more effective and fulfilled team, by working in particular on skills linked to holding meetings and individual interviews.

I also give weekly co-development workshops in veterinary schools, in small groups (from 5 to 8 people, but this can vary from 4 to 8 in companies), for students in the middle of their course (3rd year), and in their final year. These moments of exchange enable us to reflect collectively on professional issues raised individually, and to come away with concrete actions to put into practice directly after the session.

I also host the Indiana Vets podcast focused on professional fulfillment in veterinary teams, which is available for free on the Deezer, Spotify and Apple podcast platforms.
