Team Coaching Voucher

Apply for your voucher's reimbursement

Thank you for taking part in a veterinary team coaching session offered by our experts! We hope you enjoyed it to the fullest and that it made a difference to your workplace! Please provide the following information and documents to be reimbursed for your expenses:

Qualitative and quantitative evaluations for before and after the coaching sessions to evaluate their impact (FVE provides form)
Certificates of attendance for all the participants
A picture for your team attending the coaching
A copy of the coach’s invoice signed by the coach and a workplace representative.

Please note that team coaching on mental wellbeing should last between 1 to 3 working days and take place in the local language(s) under the lead and supervision of a VetJoy vetted coach.

Workplaces will earmark vouchers following a “first come, first served” approach based and will receive a reimbursement (capped at 2000 Euro per workplace training) after the coaching session has taken place.

FVE will organise voluntary exchange meetings for all interested coaches, past and future interested persons
