About the programme
Studies have shown that veterinarians are experiencing alarming levels of stress, leading to burnout and impacting the work they provide to our beloved animal friends.
Our goal is to empower veterinary workplaces to create environments where every team member feels valued, respected, and supported. Veterinary workplaces across Europe can apply for vouchers for mental well-being coaching!
In 2024, we supported 19 veterinary workplaces with coaching vouchers across Europe with great success, especially in terms of communication! For more information about last year results, check our full 2024 evaluation report or our poster.

Thank you for taking part in one of the great workplaces coaching that our experts offered! We hope you enjoyed it to the fullest and that it made a difference to your workplace! Please provide the following information below to be reimbursed for your expenses!
Workplace/staff coaching on MWB should last between a minimum half-day coaching and max. 3 days under a vetted coach’s’ lead and supervision in the local language(s)
- Qualitative and quantitative evaluation before and after the coaching sessions to evaluate the impact (FVE provides form)
- Participants need to receive a certificate of attendance.
- Workplaces will be reimbursed following the first come, first served approach based on an invoice and certificate of attendance (capped at 2500 Euro per workplace training, upon receipt of a copy of the invoice)
- FVE will organise voluntary exchange meetings for all interested coaches, past and future interested persons
